How long will it take for me to receive my order?

After the pre-order period has ended, it will take anywhere from four to six weeks to receive your order, depending on what you’ve purchased. Each jacket is hand made and customize to the specific design of each customer. We try to coordinate the delivery of the garment bag and jacket together, however feel free to email us if you are in a rush for to receive the garment bag. 

 

How will my order be shipped?

Depending on what you’ve purchased and the location to which we’re shipping your order, we will ship your order via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam

Good news for our friends in the islands! Orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam are handled the same way as those shipping to the continental United States. That means they’ll be delivered with the same fast shipping times: shirts in 12 to 14 days, tailored clothing in about 4 weeks, and stocked products and fabric samples in about a week. 

 

Can you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

Yes. However, note that orders shipping to United States P.O. Box addresses will have to first be delivered to our headquarters in New York. Then our team will re-ship them to your P.O. Box via USPS. This could add up to a week to the delivery time (on top of the estimated delivery window you receive when you place your order).

 

Can you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. No problem at all! Please note, however, that the promised delivery dates of shirt and casual pant orders will be pushed back by a few days.

 

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?

Yes, you can! The best way to change your shipping address depends on your order’s current status. You can see the order status by signing in to your account and viewing your Order History page.

If your order status is “Payment complete, waiting to be processed” or “Order going into production shortly,” you can easily change the shipping address yourself right there from the Order Details page within your Order History. Just click "Modify Address" in the shipping section.

If your order status is “Order being cut and sewn” or “Order being prepared for shipment,” the best way to request an address change is to contact us via phone, email, or chat and let us know what the new address should be. We’ll take the necessary steps to change the address for you.

If your order status is “Order shipped” but the tracking number for the package shows that the package has not yet been delivered, then you should contact us right away to request the address change. In this case we’ll do the best we can to coordinate with the courier to change your address before it is delivered. A successful address change at this stage cannot be fully guaranteed though, and may cause a delay in your delivery.

If your order’s status is “Order shipped” and the tracking number shows the package has been delivered, then unfortunately it’s too late to change your shipping address. If you think your package was lost, definitely contact us and we’ll do our best to figure out what happened.

 

Can I shop in my local currency?

Unfortunately, not yet.

 

How do you handle European Union VAT (Value Added Tax)?

European Union 20% VAT is included in the price of each item on our site. This allows us to deliver shirts and other products directly to your door in Europe (saving you the trouble of having to pick them up from the post office and pay additional charges then). 

 

Will I have to pay import duties if I’m located outside the United States?

That depends on what you’re ordering and where you’re located.

For clients in Canada, import duties are automatically included in the price of shirts. For all other products (such as stocked products and tailored clothing) import duties are not included and you should expect to incur duties upon receipt.

For clients in the EU, import duties are included in the price of all orders.

For clients in Australia, for orders that amount to less than A$1000 will not incur duties. Orders greater than A$1000 will incur duties upon receipt in Australia.

For clients in other countries, duties are not included in the price of orders and you may incur duties upon receipt based on the particular rules of your country.

 

Is it possible to rush a delivery?

Rush delivery is not available for custom jackets. With other products, such as stocked products and tailored clothing, we have a little more flexibility. Contact us to make a rush request.

How do I track an existing order?

If you have already placed an order, you can check the status of the order by signing into your account and going to the Order History page. If your order has shipped, a link to the order’s tracking information will be included in the order details.
